project details

LKH properties instructed Regent Projects to undertake another refurbishment project of a newly acquired site in Chertsey, Surrey. The project included the full strip and refurbishment of 8,500sqft of office space and common areas across 2 floors. Work included office partitioning, a comprehensive modernisation of the building’s electrical, entrance and data systems accompanied by full NICEIC certification. The removal of existing radiators and the installation of a completely new heating and air cooling system throughout the building. Installation of modern kitchens and rest areas, toilet and shower facilities, carpet and flooring throughout and full decoration has created an open, versatile, modern working space for existing and future tenants:

"Following the success of the previous project; Marchment and LKH instructed Regent Projects to undertake the refurbishment of another of our office building’s in Chertsey, Surrey. Again we found them to be flexible in their approach, conscientious, understanding of time constraints and provided regular communication throughout the course of the project. We have already instructed Regent Projects to commence work on a further scheme and we look forward to working alongside them again."
